Dr.Krishana Kumar Khandelwal IAS (R), known as Dr. K.K. Khandelwal, (born September 30, 1958) is an
Indian civil servant, engineer, legal expert, author, and academician. He currently serves as the
Chief National Commissioner of the Bharat Scouts and Guides in New Delhi, India from 9 July,
2017 to present. Prior to this, he held the position of Chairman of the Haryana Real Estate
Regulatory Authority in Gurugram for five years from 5 February, 2018 to 4 February, 2023. He is an Indian Admirative Service Officer of 1985 Batch Haryana Cadre.
